I would like to pay tribute to those who have made this history of our parish a reality, through hours of research and hard work.
In particular I should like to thank Mary Curran and Brian O'Neill who, over the last eighteen months, have meticulously examined numerous archives and subsequently written up their research. I should also like to thank Anne Douglas for all her hard work in compil­ing and editing Mary and Brian's texts and Cath Cormie for proofreading and final editorial contributions.
